Tim Michel holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia. After working with the Piedmont Environmental Council and Frank Folsom Architects, he became active in historic renovations and completed several projects in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. During this period he obtained his sales and broker licenses. He’s been involved with hundreds of successful transactions over the past thirty years, focusing on finer existing residential properties and estates. He’s regularly recognized as a ‘Top Producer” by the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors, with total sales over half a billion dollars. Tim has served on the boards of the Albemarle County Planning Commission, Ivy Creek Natural Area, Second Street Gallery, Live Arts, and the UVA Council for the Arts.
