Jeremy Fields has an innate love of architecture and design, a passion that led him to develop local hospitality brand The Townsman Collection in partnership with his family. He has worked both personally and professionally on many projects, from historic renovations to apartment building conversions. He takes special interest in decoding a property’s income potential, a skill he has honed over 8 years of actively investing in real estate.
Jeremy began his post-college career in construction sales and customer account management. It was here he learned to create value for his customers by identifying and efficiently delivering on their needs. As a native C-villian, he has in-depth knowledge of the area’s neighborhoods, school districts, and family-friendly attractions.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, antiquing, and restoring his classic Landcruiser. He lives in Ivy with his wife and three children.
