McLean Faulconer, Inc. Realtors, was founded in 1980 by two Charlottesville natives,
Stephen T. McLean and James W. Faulconer Jr., both of whom have been been active in the
real estate business since 1974.
Since the beginning, the philosophy of the firm
has been to give the highest professional service to each and every one of our clients and
customers. In the past nineteen years, McLean Faulconer, Inc. Realtors has grown to twenty-five
licensed sales professionals. The associates bring to the organization a
diverse background of
personal expertise in the fields of marketing, architecture, construction, landscape architecture,
urban planning, historic preservation, general contracting, forestry, state government and community
service.
In addition, a majority of the agents grew up in the Charlottesville / Albemarle
County area and are actively involved in the community. Because of our background, years of
